I boycotted this store location because of the store manager Victoria. She ignored us and when she did talk to us, it was so utterly fake to impress her colleagues. My best friend recently told me that she got fired and we were so happy that she was finally let go. Now that she is gone, we look forward to shopping there again. Thank you Sage for getting rid of the worst customer service person representing your company - well done! We are shopping there again :-)

Amazing staff! I went in the store for the second time determined to get a Nebulizer, but a bit unsure about how it works etc. Kite was very helpful and I made my decision fairly quickly.Plus I left my credit card in the marching, and they waited for me after closing time so I can get it back (of course I called first).

By far the worst of all the Saje location - avoid this place at all costs. The other locations are so much better on all accounts.I was outright bullied by the staff. They stalked me around the store and harassed me how my perspective about a product was incorrect.The short of it is - They sold a Women's Wellness kit to my husband earlier in the year which he gave me for my birthday. He was confused why they would recommend it as it has a Hot Flush Mist and Menopausal marketing. I returned it to another shop without issue. (The other shop laughed at how it would be recommended at all!)I was in the shop who recommended the kit to my husband, shopping for my mother-in-law and I mentioned that it was odd they would recommend such a kit and that they should reconsider such an approach - this is when I was attacked.I have a right to my opinion as do they, but they would not let it die and kept bullying me about how I was wrong.I had items in my hand to purchase and they did not care when I put them down and walked away. It was disgusting that I had to ensure this.

Every time I have ever gone into this store, the staff has been beyond professional, and kind. Before I started on their oils and nebulizers, when I thought it wasn't really for me, they took the time to listen to me and my concerns, offering suggestions and things that they were about. When I bought my nebulizer, the staff helped me pick out a scent, and there was no pressure to buy more than I wanted or needed when getting started. They let me try their products as well, and time and time again I have been blown away by their service.I went in a couple weeks ago to look (or smell) some scents I was interested in, and a lovely staff member (Barbara I believe?) was super helpful and understanding of my needs, but there was no pressure to buy. I'm going in again today and will definitely be picking up the ones we discussed at that time!

Great service. The staff really knows the products available. Great oils and oil mixes + diffusers. Definitively one of my favorite places in town when I'm looking for essential oil products. Reward points is a plus.

Staff is friendly but to the point of harassment. This is not the first time this has happened in this shop. I was in a year ago and the woman wouldn't let me buy the product I wanted. She kept trying to up sell me, and I was so uncomfortable. She was trying to force a blend on me when I came in to buy a single oil. Me and my friend tried to get away by talking to each other about the other products but she kept butting in with her recommendations. Recently I went in hoping it would be a better experience this time and again I was not left alone by one of the staff members. She kept asking me questions and wouldn't let me look at the products. I have been to saje many times and left quickly with only one item. If she backed off a little I probably would have purchased more. I wouldn't return to this location again.

I had such an incredible experience at this location with Taty! From the minute I walked in I felt so welcome. Taty took her time with me, was so knowledgeable and was so genuine. Shopping here with Tay’s assistance felt like being around a really great, yet knowledgeable friend who knows the products inside and out. Taty was sincere and so kind - something you don’t always find in retail. The vibe of the entire store was lovely and her colleague Mina assisted others in a similar fashion. Great vibes all around and I learned so much about the different products in relation to my needs. I never felt rushed for even a second. I can’t wait to go back to this location! Thank you for such a great experience.

This is the only location that I found the product Yam sponge" (4 total) out of all stores around GTA. I was buying all of them but the staff told me that One people can only get 4 sponges in total while I still want some other sponges. I totally understand the store policy. So I let my friend who were with me in the store buy it

Really chill environment with scents that relax and uplift. Helpful staff that are taking proper precautions with clearly marked floors and a sanitation station at the entrance. Great selection of items 20% off (to be discontinued). Limited to 4 people at a time.
